Subah 7 baje ho ya raat, training rukti nahi. This is a simple bodyweight drill combining a push-up with a squat jump. It builds explosive power and endurance, and you can do it anywhere.

This is the fauji chaal. It is one of the toughest bodyweight exercises for building core stability and upper body strength. We practice this regularly to build a solid foundation.

Endurance is key for any fighter. Simple rassi koodna, or jump rope, is one of the best ways to build stamina and footwork. I am not here to entertain, I am here to build champions.

No matter the weather, the ground is our temple. This shows me doing push-ups in an open field, embracing the elements. True strength is built by overcoming discomfort.

Punching power comes from the whole body. Here I am practicing my strikes on a mannequin, focusing on generating force from my core and delivering it with precision. This is a fundamental striking drill.

Hum tyres, rassi, aur traditional gada use karte hain kyunki taakat wahi hai jo zindagi ki jung mein kaam aaye. Mere har session mein main khud aapke saath ground pe hota hoon, aur haan, late aaye toh push-up penalty ke liye taiyaar rehna.
