Functional Strength Training in Najafgarh
Yahan dikhawa nahi, sirf mehnat ki taakat banti hai. No machines, just real, raw power training for those serious about results.
Subah 7 baje ho ya raat, training rukti nahi. This is a simple bodyweight drill combining a push-up with a squat jump. It builds explosive power and endurance, and you can do it anywhere.
This is the fauji chaal. It is one of the toughest bodyweight exercises for building core stability and upper body strength. We practice this regularly to build a solid foundation.
Endurance is key for any fighter. Simple rassi koodna, or jump rope, is one of the best ways to build stamina and footwork. I am not here to entertain, I am here to build champions.
No matter the weather, the ground is our temple. This shows me doing push-ups in an open field, embracing the elements. True strength is built by overcoming discomfort.
Punching power comes from the whole body. Here I am practicing my strikes on a mannequin, focusing on generating force from my core and delivering it with precision. This is a fundamental striking drill.
Respect, loyalty, and time are the true measures of wealth. In my academy, I hold a gada, a symbol of traditional Indian strength training, which we use to build real-world power.
About Functional Strength: Asli Taakat
Yahan AC aur chamakte gym equipment ka maza nahi milega, par mehnat ka asli nateeja zaroor milega. Hum tyres, rassi, aur traditional gada use karte hain kyunki taakat wahi hai jo zindagi ki jung mein kaam aaye. Mere har session mein main khud aapke saath ground pe hota hoon, aur haan, late aaye toh push-up penalty ke liye taiyaar rehna.
Main yahan kisi ka time waste karne nahi baitha hoon. Meri training unke liye hai jo asli taakat banana chahte hain, na ki unke liye jo sirf selfie lene gym aate hain. Hamara functional training regime Najafgarh mein bilkul alag hai kyunki hum traditional aur modern fitness ka mix use karte hain.
Kya hai mere tarike mein khaas?
- Traditional meets Modern: Hum gada (mace) use karte hain jo purani taakat ka prateek hai, saath mein fauji chaal aur tire jumping karte hain jo aaj ke time mein zaroori hai.
- No Machines, Only Sweat: Machines aapko support deti hain, par asli life mein koi machine nahi hoti. Yahan hum bodyweight training aur endurance drills par focus karte hain, taaki aapka core aur stamina lohe jaisa mazboot bane.
- I Lead From The Front: Main woh coach nahi hoon jo side mein baith ke bas bolta rahe. Har drill, har exercise main khud perform karta hoon. Aapke saath main bhi ground pe pasina bahata hoon.
Kiske liye hai yeh training?
Jang ke ghode baraat mein nahi naachte. Agar aap discipline follow kar sakte hain, toh aap welcome hain. Bachon se lekar badon tak, har koi jo apne comfort zone se bahar nikalne ki himmat rakhta hai, mere batch mein aa sakta hai. Hum ladkiyon ke liye alag batches chalate hain aur unhe bhi wahi rigor aur discipline sikhate hain jo fighters ko zaroori hoti hai.
Yeh gurukul hai, club nahi. Yahan aane ka matlab hai apni limitations ko todna. Agar aap mehnat ke liye ready hain, toh milte hain ground pe.
Sikandar Phore
Main Sikandar Phore hoon. Karate mere liye sirf khel nahi, poora jeevan hai. Main yahan champions taiyaar karta hoon, aur mera Gurukul sirf unke liye hai jo mehnat se nahi darte.
