Dekho, partner drills ka maksad yahan sirf workout khatam karna nahi hai. Jab aapka saathi aapke legs pe resistance deta hai, tabhi asli core strength aur sparring endurance banti hai. Yeh technique humne unke liye rakhi hai jo ring mein utarne ki taiyari kar rahe hain. Bina partner ke yeh level ki intensity kisi machine pe nahi mil sakti.
Bahut se log sochte hain ki akele workout karke wo fighter ban jayenge. Galat. Real fight mein aapko wahi coordination aur endurance chahiye jo sirf ek partner ke saath training karke aati hai. Hum Karate Gurukul mein Karate sparring drills, partner-assisted crunches, aur resistance training ka mix use karte hain.
Har drill ka maksad hai—aapko fight ke liye taiyar karna. Chahe wo leg raises ho ya partner-supported squats, hum bodyweight ka pura fayda uthate hain.
