Functional Strength: Asli Taakat
Yahan dikhawa nahi, sirf kaam ki taakat banayi jaati hai. My training combines traditional equipment like the gada with modern bodyweight exercises, rope climbing, and endurance drills to build strength that serves you in real life. I lead every drill myself because discipline starts from the top.
Young Champions in the Making
Discipline and strength have no age limit. I train kids to be focused, strong, and respectful, using a mix of karate-based fitness drills, agility exercises, and bodyweight training. We have separate batches for girls, ensuring a comfortable and effective environment for everyone.
Partner Drills & Team Challenges
Training is never boring here because we work together. We use partner drills and group challenges to build core strength, coordination, and teamwork. This method pushes your limits while making the workout engaging and competitive.
Achievements & Recognition
My work and the performance of my students have been recognized at state, national, and international levels. This is a testament to our hard work and dedication to the sport. I am also an A Grade Referee and Judge in international games.
