Technical Training
- Basics & Stance: Instruction on fundamental Paitra (Stance) and gripping techniques.
- Strikes & Blocks: Learning core strikes (Vaar) and defensive blocks (Rok) using a standard 5-6 ft Bamboo Lathi.
- Movement: Agility drills for 360-degree movement and shadow sparring for distance management.
Traditional Conditioning
- Mugdar & Gada: Strength training using heavy wooden clubs (5kg to 10kg+) for shoulder and grip power.
- Rope Climbing: Vertical rope drills (Rassa) for explosive upper body strength.
- Desi Calisthenics: Functional endurance work including Dand (Pushups), Baithak (Squats), and frog jumps.
Batch Details
- Format: Group training with approx 15-20 students.
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes per session.

My Story
Mera naam Sikandar Phore hai, Delhi-Haryana ka banda hoon. Karate mere liye sirf sport nahi, pura jeevan hai bhai. Isliye Karate Gurukul shuru kiya - yahan sirf mehnat karne wale tikte hain. Maa ka aashirwad, guruon ki seekh, aur apni mehnat pe bharosa hai. Jo seekha, wahi bachon ko sikhaata hoon - discipline, respect, haar na maanna. Jai Shri Ram, baaki sab theek.
My Work
Karate, Self-defense, Fitness aur Lathi Training - Bachon, badon sabko karate aur self-defense sikhata hoon. Girls ke liye alag batch. Fitness aur Lathi bhi sikhata hoon.
Karate Gurukul - Champions Ki Factory - Yahan sirf lagan se aana. Time pass nahi chalega. Discipline focused karate coaching milti hai.
Coaching Style - Main inspire karta hoon, padhata nahi bas. 3rd Dan Black Belt hoon, push karna meri aadat hai.
