- Custom workout plans - whether you’ve got a full gym or just a pair of dumbbells at home, I’ll set you up with sessions that actually fit your life. Usually 4-5 times a week, 45-60 minutes each.
- Nutrition made easy - forget boiled chicken every day. We’ll crank up your protein and use recipes straight from your kitchen - ghee, mustard oil, the works. It’s all about quantified nutrition, not starvation.
- Daily accountability - I need updates on your steps, food, and workouts. I’m super responsive and stay on top of your progress, whether you’re struggling or smashing it.

I’m Rishabh. Full-time coach, part-time weightlifter, all-in every damn day. Been through busted knees, learnt to walk again, now I squat 170kg. Lifting’s not just biceps for me, it’s headspace too. I don’t flex much online, not my jam. My clients speak for me. Dentist outta abuse, US mom deadlifting 100kg, dadi (grandma) over 60 getting strong - that’s the real stuff. I’m here to help you find your inner warrior. Nazar lag jaati hai (evil eye hits) on perfect lifts, so I post my fails too.
