I get what it’s like to feel stuck, frustrated, and just plain tired of trying everything—because I’ve been there. I lost over 25 kgs myself, so I know the struggle with body image, fad diets, and thinking you’re just “genetically unlucky.” My approach is about helping you build a body you actually feel good in, not just chasing a lower number on the scale.

My Story

Hey, I’m Nikitha. Corporate law was my cage for years, but I broke out. Always the big boned kid, bullied, hiding my face, chasing fad diets that just made me miserable. One day, I said screw it, quit my job, started over. No plan, just me and my stubbornness. It sucked at times, but I learned to stop hating my body. Now, I travel, coach women like me, and honestly? I love this messy, real life. No luck, just grit.
