My Training Philosophy: No Shortcuts, Just Work
Fitness is not about magic pills or quick fixes. It is about habits, consistency, and showing up every single day. Here is how I approach training, nutrition, and what it actually takes to get strong.
"I don't have time" is the most common excuse I hear. Yaar, time to hai. In this video, I break down how we can find time for fitness by looking at where our hours really go. It's about making your health a priority, not finding a magic solution.
Wondering how to start your fitness journey? I break it down into four simple steps: set clear goals, find the right coach, fix your diet with enough protein, and stay disciplined. It's a straightforward process if you're ready to commit.
Many people fail because they only focus on a huge long term goal and get discouraged. The secret is to fall in love with the daily process: the workout, the steps, the right food. I explain why focusing on daily habits is the only way to achieve your big goals.
A raw talk about strength. Youngsters today look for a magic pill to get strong, but there are no shortcuts. Natural strength is built over years of showing up and working hard in the gym, not in a few months.
Feeling like you're not progressing in your workouts? I discuss four common reasons: not enough sleep, no rest days, eating too few calories, and training with junk volume. Fixing these basics is crucial for making real gains.
Here I talk about three common reasons you might feel weak and tired all the time. It often comes down to nutritional deficiencies like low Vitamin D, not staying hydrated, and stress. The best stress buster is working out.
Let's talk about emotional eating. When you feel stressed or sad, it's easy to look for comfort in food, but it's never the solution. I explain how to recognize if you're truly hungry or if your emotions are in control.
Worried about social pressure to drink alcohol when you're on a fitness journey? It's your responsibility to make better life choices and explain them to your friends. A true friend will understand that you're doing it for your health.
Warming up your rotator cuff is crucial before any push workout to prevent injury. If you don't have access to cables or resistance bands, I show you three effective ways to do it using just a pair of light dumbbells.
Learning to fail a squat safely is a skill every lifter should have, especially if you train alone. Here, my colleague and I demonstrate how to safely bail out of a failed back squat and front squat to prevent serious injury.
About My Training Philosophy: No Shortcuts, Just Work
If you think you do not have time to train, check your phone's screen time. Most of my clients find their hour just by cutting down on mindless social media scrolling. It is not about finding extra time in your day, but about making your physical health a non-negotiable priority in your schedule.
Building Strength That Lasts
I don't believe in quick fixes because they don't last. Whether we are doing online coaching for fat loss or building muscle, my approach is based on long-term sustainability.
Quantified Nutrition, Real Food
You do not need to eat boiled chicken or bland meals to get results. My nutrition plans are built around what you already have in your Indian kitchen: roti, rice, dal, and ghee. We use macro-tracking with a kitchen scale to ensure you hit your protein goals and stay in a calorie deficit or surplus, depending on your goal. No starvation, just science.
Why You Might Be Stuck
Many of my new clients come to me feeling weak or tired. Often, the reason is simple: you aren't sleeping enough, your protein intake is too low, or you are training with 'junk volume' instead of pushing your true potential. My job is to audit these habits and fix them.
Safety First
Weightlifting is about longevity. I spend a lot of time teaching form, even via video audits. This includes basics like rotator cuff warmups for push workouts and learning how to safely fail a squat so you never get stuck under a bar. If you are ready to stop procrastinating and start the grind, I am here to help you get it done.
