I don't just coach, I train. This gallery tracks my own progress—from injury recovery to hitting new PRs. It’s all about consistency, not shortcuts.

My own journey is built on overcoming setbacks. This video shows my progress from recovering after a ligament tear surgery to hitting a 170 kg back squat for 3 reps. I share my struggles because strength isn't just about lifting, it's about getting back up every time you fall.

This is my therapy. I don't just talk about getting strong, I live it every day. This is me hitting a heavy deadlift, proving that showing up consistently is the only secret to becoming stronger than you were yesterday.

You don't know my hustle. From a failed 115 kg front squat a few years back to hitting a 155 kg PR today. This is a reminder that failures are just stepping stones if you're not afraid to come back and try again.

From 70 kgs in 2018 to 129 kgs in 2022. My transition to Olympic Weightlifting started late and with no coach, but discipline and consistency kept me going through injuries and setbacks. Progress takes time.

Fired up and hitting an easy 175 kgs high bar back squat. This is about building raw strength, brick by brick.

When your old 1 rep max becomes your new 10 rep max. Hitting 140 kgs on the squat for 10 reps. This is the result of pure, hardcore mehnat, no drugs or shortcuts.

Pushing my limits with a 250 kg deadlift attempt. Not every lift is a success, but every attempt teaches you something.

Shoulder pressing 40 kg dumbbells for 8 reps, which is more than my bodyweight. Strength is built with a solid support system and the will to push harder.

Outworking myself every day. Hitting a new 3 rep max on the front squat, a key exercise for building quad and core strength.

Still waiting for the perfect time to start? That time will never come. This snatch complex is a reminder that you just have to start now and make every day count.

About Strength in Action: My Lifts

Most people see the heavy weights and assume it was easy. It wasn't. My lifts here are the direct result of recovering from ligament tears, training through bad days, and failing many times before hitting a PR. I share these because strength isn't just about the weight on the bar—it’s about the discipline to show up when you’d rather stay in bed. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or just starting, the process is the same: consistency builds results.
