Fitness is a lifelong test. These milestones are not just about trophies or certificates, but about staying consistent and proving that the grind never stops.

Sometimes getting out of your comfort zone is exactly what you need. Facing my own issues with a breath work and ice bath session. I am a warrior, and this felt like a new beginning.

About Additional Work & Milestones

Whether it is staying CPR-AED certified to keep my training safe or hitting the gym floor for a local squat competition, I treat every milestone as a chance to get better. It keeps me grounded. People often see the transformation photos and assume fitness is just about the end result. It is not. My daily practice includes everything from ice baths for recovery to technical certifications like CPR-AED, because real fitness is also about safety, longevity, and recovery. I don't post these to show off. I post them to show that I am human, I have bad days, and I still show up.

Competing in local gym events or pushing through a tough breathwork session is about testing my limits and staying ready for anything. When I coach you, I bring that same mindset. We do not skip the basics. We do not look for magic pills. We build your strength, improve your form through video audits, and make sure your nutrition—using standard Indian staples like ghee, rice, and dal—is actually sustainable for your busy life.
