If you have a kitchen weighing scale and the discipline to use it, we can manage your fat loss or muscle gain without making your life miserable.
  • Video-Based Form Correction: Distance doesn't matter. I audit your lifting form through videos to ensure your depth and posture are spot on. Whether you are doing home workouts with dumbbells or training at a gym, I make sure you are moving safely.
  • Daily Accountability: You don't just get a spreadsheet and good luck. I require daily updates on your weight, sleep, and steps. If progress stalls, we fix the plan.
