About this collection

These sessions are where we bridge ancient wisdom with everyday experience. Because these gatherings are led by senior students rather than teachers, the atmosphere is more conversational and approachable, allowing for open questions and shared reflection on how Dharma applies to our modern, often busy lives.

Our student-led practices form the heartbeat of the CKSL community. By taking responsibility for organizing and leading sessions like sutra readings, pujas, and group discussions, our senior students turn the study of Dharma into a collaborative effort.

You might find us reading the Diamond Cutter Sutra to slice through modern illusions or gathering for a Medicine Buddha Puja to focus on collective healing. These meetings are not just about ritual; they are spaces for open discussions where we debate the application of Buddhist philosophy in Bangalore’s fast-paced environment. Since we operate on the principle of openness, there are no registration fees or formal prerequisites. Whether you are curious about Mahayana Buddhism or looking for a meditation group to deepen your regular practice, you are welcome to walk in at our Domlur centre. We believe that spiritual growth happens in conversation and shared experience, not just in solitary study.
