Welcome to our spiritual family. This collection is a glimpse into the heart of our community, showcasing the diverse ways we come together to learn, practice, and connect on the Dharma path. From profound teachings with our venerable masters to joyful festival celebrations and mindful moments in nature, these visuals represent the essence of our shared journey.
Core Dharma Teachings & Weekend Courses
We offer a structured curriculum of teachings designed to make profound Buddhist philosophy accessible for daily life. Our courses cover foundational Lamrim topics like karma, impermanence, and refuge, as well as in-depth explorations of sutras and practices like Guru Devotion, available both online and in-person at our center.
Festival & Auspicious Day Celebrations
We come together as a community to honor the most significant events in the Buddhist calendar. We celebrate festivals like Losar (Tibetan New Year), Saka Dawa, Chökhor Düchen, and Lhabab Duchen with pujas, sutra recitations, offerings, and special teachings, multiplying our merit and deepening our connection to the Dharma.
Community Life & Mindful Activities
Our center is more than a place for teachings; it is a spiritual home where our Dharma family connects. We organize informal gatherings like mindful walks in Cubbon Park, movie screenings, and volunteer days for center upkeep, fostering a warm and supportive community spirit.
Geshe Legtsok's Ceremony in Bylakupe
We had the great fortune of attending the formal 'Geshe' ceremony for Geshe Tenzin Legtsok at Sera Jey Monastery. These images capture the auspicious atmosphere of this significant event, showing our community members joining the monastic Sangha in celebration and offering our gratitude to our precious teachers.
Remembering Our Gurus
Our practice is deeply rooted in the lineage of our precious gurus. We hold special events to remember their immense kindness, celebrate their lives, and pray for their swift return. These gatherings, which include Guru Pujas and mantra recitations, are a cornerstone of our devotional practice.
Student-Led Practices
We believe that spiritual practice is a shared responsibility, and we are proud to have a strong body of senior students who lead various sessions. These events, from group discussions to pujas and sutra recitations, empower our community to take an active role in their Dharma journey and support one another.
