Aerial Silks Classes in HSR Layout
Think aerial silks is only for circus pros? Think again. At Chaos Faktory, we help you build strength, find balance, and learn to fly, regardless of your fitness level.
This is the moment it all clicks. Here, two of our students perform a 'Back Dive Star' drop in sync. We teach thrilling moves like this with a focus on safety, breaking down every step and using thick crash mats so you can experience the rush of flying with complete confidence.
Our aerial silks class is a community. This was from a fun session during Navaratri where everyone came together to create this human pyramid on the silks. It doesn't matter what your level is, we all support and grow together.
Learning to drop is one of the most exciting parts of aerial silks. This video shows a student executing a controlled drop, a skill we build up to with careful instruction. It’s a huge confidence booster and a core part of what makes this art form so addictive.
From your first climb to holding elegant inverted poses, it all starts with the basics. This shows our students practicing different foundational techniques, building the grip strength and core stability needed for more advanced aerial skills. Each pose is a small victory.
A typical class starts with floor warm ups before we take to the air. You can see the smiles and focus as our students learn new wraps and inversions. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about having fun and surprising yourself with what you can do.
Welcome to the Chaos Faktory! This is our home in HSR Layout, Bangalore. We have designed the space to be a safe and inspiring playground for movement, with professional equipment and plenty of room to learn and explore.
About Featured
Every class starts with 20 minutes of dedicated mobility warm-up and floor conditioning, ensuring your joints and core are ready before you even touch the silks. We use high-density crash mats and break down every movement—from your first fabric grip to the 'Back Dive Star'—into manageable, safe steps.
Why Aerial Silks?
Aerial silks is often misunderstood as an exclusive discipline for gymnasts, but at Chaos Faktory, we see it differently. It is a fantastic way to develop functional strength and body awareness. By utilizing the fabric, you engage muscles that standard gym routines often miss, particularly in the upper body and core.
How We Train
We focus on a progressive learning curve. You don't need to be strong when you walk in; you get strong by training. Our 2-hour weekend sessions are designed for mixed levels, meaning beginners train alongside those working on advanced drops. We emphasize:
- Foundation: Mastering fabric wraps, foot locks, and safe climbing techniques.
- Technique: Moving from static poses and inversions to flowing sequences.
- Safety: We maintain a high-ceiling industrial warehouse setting with professional, strength-rated equipment and consistent coaching supervision.
Your First Session
Whether you drop in for a single session or join our 4-week course, the goal remains the same: Fight Fear, Feel Freedom. You will be surprised by what you can achieve in just two hours. Come ready to move, laugh, and challenge your comfort zone in a supportive HSR Layout community.
