This isn't your typical gym. When we set up the space in HSR Layout, the goal was to build a playground where movement comes first. We have high ceilings specifically for our aerial silks rigging and high-density crash mats that line the floor. We know that when you are trying a new drop or perfecting a vault, physical safety gives you the mental freedom to push further.

Whether you are here for Parkour, Calisthenics, or to get on the silks, the warehouse setup lets you train across different disciplines in one go. You will see our parkour athletes training alongside those learning silks, which creates a unique shared energy you won't find in standard fitness centers. We maintain our equipment to professional standards so you do not have to worry about the gear. You just focus on the movement.
