Thursdays are special at the Faktory. We clear the floor, set up the crash mats, and turn the gym into a proper Parkour playground. You aren't just doing repetitions, you are learning to jump, climb, and vault safely, even if you have never tried it before. Every session focuses on building the confidence to move your body through any environment, and yes, it is as fun as it looks.
More Than Just Jumping
Parkour is often misunderstood. People see action movies and think it is all about risky rooftop leaps, but that is not what we do. Here at the Faktory in HSR Layout, we strip it back to the ground. It is about understanding your body, refining your movement, and learning to navigate obstacles efficiently. We teach you how to fall safely, how to grip, and how to vault with control.
