Movement is just better together. Join me and my flowmies to explore partner flows, reaction drills, and the joy of shared energy.

Here’s a simple, beginner friendly Animal Flow sequence with my favorite teacher and flowmie. Practicing with a partner is a great way to stay motivated and synchronize your movements. We're flowing through underswitches, reaches, and traveling apes together.

A snippet of the International Animal Flow Day sequence with my training partner. Flowing side by side helps us mirror each other and keep our timing in sync. This is what the flow fam is all about.

Constantly learning from and inspiring each other through flow. This partner session in the park is all about creating and moving together. It’s amazing to see how two people can connect and build on each other's energy through movement.

A throwback to this beautiful beach flow in Goa. The sand adds an extra challenge, but the sunset and the sound of the waves make it all worth it. Flowing with a partner in a setting like this is pure magic.

This is how movers connect. We bumped into each other on a beach in Goa and couldn't resist sharing a flow. It’s amazing how Animal Flow brings people together, no matter where you are.

A throwback to a wonderful yoga retreat at a farm. It’s incredible to see a community come together to move, meditate, and connect with nature. These experiences, filled with flow and creativity, are what I live for.

This picture captures the feeling of a yoga retreat perfectly. It’s about bringing a community together to find slowness and peace. I love facilitating these sessions and witnessing the positive energy that everyone shares.

Animal flowing with the cutest little animal. Even this puppy seemed to appreciate the movement. It’s a reminder that flow is a natural, playful state that connects us to all living things.

About Community Jams & Partner Flows

Practicing with a partner adds a whole new dimension—we don't just mirror movements, we sync our rhythm and intent. In my sessions, we often use 'call-out' drills where one partner improvises a sequence and the other reacts in real-time. It’s the fastest way I’ve found to sharpen your reflexes and deepen your connection, turning a standard flow into a genuine conversation between bodies.
