About Capoeira for Kids & Families

You don't need fancy uniforms or equipment to get started. Kids train barefoot on safe, sprung floors or mats, focusing on the Ginga base step and animal flow-inspired warm-ups. It is a low-pressure environment where we use hoops and fun movement games to teach basic coordination, ensuring your child feels like they are joining a game rather than sitting through a lecture.
