Kids have endless energy, and we make sure it is channeled into skills that matter. From high-energy dance routines to disciplined Karate, our programs build confidence and coordination in a safe, fun environment.

About Kids Fitness & Dance
We keep our batches small, typically at a 1:10 trainer-to-student ratio, because I want my instructors to actually watch how your child moves rather than just shouting instructions from the front. Whether it is a kick in Karate or a step in a dance routine, we focus on proper form so they build healthy habits that stick for life.
Finding a place where kids can burn off energy without staring at a screen is harder than it looks. At our 3,500 sq. ft. studio on Hesaraghatta Road, we move away from boring, static exercises.
Why This Approach Works
We believe fitness should be a part of their daily life, not a chore. We use high-density EVA foam mats to ensure safety during falls or jumps, and our instructors are specialists—a Sensei for Karate, a choreographer for dance—who know how to manage a room full of kids.
What We Offer
- Karate & Self Defense: We teach Shinjidai Karate to build discipline and focus. It is not just about fighting; it is about body awareness.
- Dance & Gymnastics: These sessions are for letting loose. We focus on motor skills, rhythm, and flexibility through Bollywood dance and freestyle movement.
- Confidence Building: Many of our students start out shy. Seeing them perform at our community events is proof that when they feel strong, they come out of their shell.
We provide 8 to 12 sessions a month, giving you enough flexibility to fit it into their school schedule. The goal is simple: create a space where your child feels excited to show up, learns to respect their own body, and has a community of gym buddies to grow with.
