Group Fitness Classes in Bengaluru
My group classes are all about mixing high-energy movement with a supportive community vibe. Whether we are in an indoor studio or out in the fresh air, the goal is the same: to have fun, sweat, and build real strength together.

About this collection
When you join one of my group sessions, expect a dynamic blend of Mat Pilates, calisthenics, and HIIT circuits. We rotate locations between indoor studios like Bhartiya Mall and open-air venues, so we aren't stuck in a repetitive gym environment. You do not need fancy gear for this—just bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, and a readiness to move.
How We Train
I believe in hybrid training because it keeps your body guessing and prevents that dreaded fitness plateau. My sessions are designed to build functional strength you can actually use in your daily life, rather than just aesthetics. We focus on:
- Mat Pilates: To strengthen your core and keep your back happy.
- Calisthenics: To build skill through bodyweight movements like pushups and inversions.
- High-Intensity Circuits: To spike your stamina and give you that endorphin rush.
Why Join Our Group?
This is a judgment-free zone. Whether you are 25 or 65, a complete newbie, or someone who has been training for years, you will fit right in. We laugh, we sweat, and we grow together. Many of my students come for the workout but stay for the community. We have a private WhatsApp group to keep the energy up, share schedules, and celebrate those small wins together.
Practical Details
- Consistency is Key: I always tell my students to give it three months. That is the timeline for real, noticeable changes in how you feel and move.
- What to Expect: My classes are high-energy with loud music. Expect to feel that dopamine rush afterwards.
- Logistics: We offer 12 to 16 sessions per month. Since we use a mix of indoor dance studios and open-air spaces, you get to experience different environments.
- Requirement: Please bring your own yoga mat to every session.
