Our ladies' fitness sessions are raw, unfiltered, and unstoppable. Here you see our members using dumbbells for strength and doing bodyweight exercises for a full-body workout.

Self-love is showing up for yourself, even on the days you don't feel like it. Watch our members move through a flow, from a heart-opening Ustrasana (Camel Pose) to a relaxing Halasana (Plow Pose).

About Group Yoga & Fitness Sessions

These aren't your typical silent, static yoga classes. We mix things up with props like yoga bricks and light dumbbells to challenge your stability, so every batch feels fresh, whether we're focusing on deep stretches or building core strength.

We believe movement is medicine, but only if you actually enjoy doing it. That is why our group sessions rotate between styles to keep your body guessing and your mind engaged.

We blend Traditional Hatha for alignment, Power Yoga for that cardio burn, and Brick Yoga to help you find your form without frustration. If you are feeling stiff from desk work or just want a stronger core, our Pilates-infused sessions use light weights and bodyweight movements to get results that stick.

Located in the heart of Old Rajinder Nagar, our studio is fully air-conditioned with wooden flooring, making it the perfect space to practice barefoot. We keep the groups small enough that you get real attention during posture correction, but large enough to feel the collective energy of the group. Whether you are a total beginner or a regular, our goal is the same: helping you show up for yourself, one session at a time.
