About Mindful Moments & Relaxation
We wrap up every session in our signature Cocoon Shavasana, where you lie suspended in the hammock. It is a completely different experience from a floor-based relaxation, as the gentle swaying motion helps your nervous system settle, making it easier to let go of physical holding and mental chatter.
While we love a good flow, sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause. Our studio in DLF Phase 1, Gurugram, is designed to be a sanctuary where the outside world just falls away. In these mindful moments, we move away from the high-energy flips and drops to focus on deep, restorative aerial yoga.
Why focus on relaxation?
We believe that aerial yoga is one of the most effective tools for myofascial release and spinal decompression. By letting gravity do the work, you can finally give your spine the space it needs to lengthen. Our sessions combine breathwork with slow, deliberate movements that help clear emotional tension stored in tight muscle groups like the hips and shoulders.
What to expect
These classes are suitable for anyone, regardless of your flexibility or fitness level. We keep our batches small, typically 8-10 students, so you always get enough attention to feel safe and supported. We guide you through gentle stretches that encourage you to listen to your body rather than push it. Whether you are coming in to manage stress, improve your sleep, or simply find a quiet hour to breathe, you will leave feeling lighter and more grounded.
