30-Day Weight Loss Challenge
Access & Validity
- Valid for a fixed 30 day duration.
- Unlimited access to gym floor including cardio, free weights and Crossfit zones during operational hours.
- Valid at the specific branch of registration.
Challenge Structure
- Two mandatory weigh-ins (Start and End date) on mechanical analog scales.
- Manual weight loss tracking (KGs) with public leaderboard ranking.
- Winner recognition via certificate or trophy.
Training & Nutrition
- Standard fat loss nutrition chart provided at the start.
- General floor supervision for machine usage and form correction.
- Access to scheduled group classes like Zumba, Dance or Aerobics.
- Access to challenge specific WhatsApp group.
Single-Day Skill Competition Entry
Event Specifics
- Entry to one specific skill event (Push-ups, Squats, or Hang & Press).
- Duration of approximately 60 to 90 minutes including briefing and warm-up.
- Professional rep counting and form monitoring by trainers.
Facility Usage
- Access to functional turf area and Crossfit zone for the challenge duration.
- Usage of event specific equipment like plyo boxes, kettlebells or pull-up bars.
- Access to changing rooms and water cooler.
Content & Social
- Opportunity to be featured in challenge social media content.
- Networking with community members during the event.

Our Flagship: Weight Loss Transformation Challenge
The Biggest Loser Challenge is my one-month, all-out sprint for anyone wanting to drop serious kilos. We track every bit of your progress, so you get real body transformation stats at the end. Last time, folks smashed it - 11.3 kg, 7.2 kg, 5.8 kg lost in just one month. It’s intense, competitive, and honestly, the results get people hooked.
Not Just Weight Loss: Group Workout Competition
Solo workouts get boring, so I mix things up with the Woke Challenge - think push-up battles, ‘Hang & Press’ endurance, agility ladders, and team circuit training. Loads of josh and masti (energy and fun), and you’ll find that community fitness motivation makes everything easier.

You walk in, you feel the vibe, like ghar ki feeling (like home). We started this because solo workouts get boring, sometimes risky too. We cheer for every win, every inch lost.
