Monthly Flexi Pass
Gym Floor & Zones
- Duration: Valid for 30 days with unlimited check-ins during operating hours.
- Strength Area: Access to pin-loaded machines, plate-loaded stations, and free weights including dumbbells and barbells.
- Cardio & Functional: Use of Pro Bodyline treadmills, spin bikes, ellipticals, monkey bar rig, and battle ropes.
Studio & Classes
- Group Activities: Walk-in access to scheduled classes including Zumba, Power Yoga, Aerobics, and Bhangra sessions.
- Ambience: Classes held in a wooden-floored studio with high-energy music and disco-style lighting.
Support & Facilities
- General Training: Floor trainers available for equipment demonstration, form correction, and spotting.
- Amenities: Air-conditioned floor, daily-use lockers, changing rooms, and shower facilities.
Quarterly Commitment (3 Months)
Extended Access
- Duration: 90 days of unlimited access to the home branch (Mayur Vihar or Krishna Nagar).
- Full Facility Use: Unrestricted usage of the Strength Zone, Cardio Deck, and Functional Training area with tires and plyo boxes.
Classes & Community
- Studio Access: Unlimited entry to daily group classes like Dance Fitness, Yoga, and Core workouts.
- Events: Eligibility to participate in in-house fitness challenges and community events.
Guidance Package
- Nutrition: Includes one standard diet consultation or template (Fat Loss or Muscle Gain) to kickstart your journey.
