Combat Conditioning and MMA Fitness Training
We do not just lift weights here; we build a fighter's engine. Focus on functional strength, explosive power, and the kind of stamina that does not quit.
The push-up to wall challenge. We turn resistance into rhythm, building explosive strength that translates directly to the mat.
Strength is not just what you lift, but what you overcome. Our conditioning includes track work to build the cardio needed for long, grueling fights.
Big thanks to coach Ishaan for pushing us to new limits in his strength and conditioning session. This kind of training is invaluable for any fighter.
Transform your sweat into strength. Our Strength & Fitness Training classes focus on core workouts and functional movements to sculpt a better you, one rep at a time.
About Combat Conditioning & Fitness
Forget air-conditioned machines and isolation workouts. In my basement academy in Sector 38, we train for reality. Our conditioning is not about vanity muscles. It is about integration. We mix track work for cardio with mat-based drills like our push-up to wall sequence to ensure your strength translates directly into throwing a punch or securing a takedown. If you want to see if you can hold your own when the sweat starts pouring, come by for a session.
Why Combat Conditioning?
Standard gym routines often fail fighters because they isolate muscles rather than movements. In a fight, your strength needs to be functional and explosive. Whether you are prepping for a tournament or just want to build serious resilience, my conditioning program in Gurugram bridges the gap between raw effort and combat precision.
Our Approach
My conditioning is not just about burnout. We focus on:
- Integrated Movement: Moving from striking to grappling requires a transition of power. We use drills that keep your heart rate up while maintaining technical focus.
- The 'Basement' Factor: We train in a functional, fan-cooled space. No distractions, just sweat and steel. This is where we break the 'I can't' mentality.
- Endurance for the Ring: We hit the track for high-intensity interval training, building the gas tank required for 90-minute technical sessions.
Who is this for?
This is not exclusive to pro fighters. I have beginners in their 30s and kids who need to build confidence. If you are coming from a commercial gym, expect a shock. You will learn to control your breath, engage your core under pressure, and work through the wall. Check out my monthly group training plans if you want to commit to the grind. We do not do short-term fixes here; we build longevity.
