About this collection

Our HYROX prep sessions follow a specific 8-round circuit. You will alternate between 1km runs and functional stations like sled pushes, rowing, or wall balls. We specifically train you to maintain your running form even when your legs are fatigued from heavy strength work, ensuring you are prepared for the actual race, not just the workout.

  • Race-Day Prep: The biggest hurdle in HYROX is running while exhausted. We drill this exact transition so that when you hit the 1km run segments on race day, it feels like routine rather than a shock to the system.
