Meet Aiusha, a hybrid athlete and one of our newest coaches. She's here to help you move better, grow stronger, and share her incredible energy in our morning sessions.

About this collection

You won’t find us standing by the door watching the clock. Our coaches—Kris, Sai, Aiusha, and Melvin—are on the floor with you, actively spotting your heavy sled pushes and correcting your running mechanics when you’re gassed. They know exactly when you need to grind for that extra rep and when you need to dial it back to protect your joints, ensuring your training remains consistent and injury-free.

At BlackBx, we treat coaching as the foundation of your progress. We understand that walking into a gym can be intimidating, especially if you’re trying to master complex movements like HYROX wall balls or heavy farmer’s carries. Our team, led by Kris, Sai, Aiusha, and Melvin, brings a deep understanding of human movement to our studio on Kasturba Road.

We don't believe in hands-off supervision. Our coaches are trained to spot technical breakdowns immediately, whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned athlete pushing for a personal best.

How We Train You

  • Active Correction: You get real-time feedback on your form to prevent injuries and maximize movement efficiency during every circuit.
  • Pacing Strategy: We teach you how to manage your energy during 1km runs and high-intensity stations, so you avoid burnout before the end of a session.
  • Progressive Scaling: If a specific movement is too advanced, we scale it instantly so you still get the intensity you need without compromising your safety.

Fitness shouldn’t feel like a guessing game. By the time you finish your first session, you’ll know exactly why you’re doing each movement and how it builds your engine for the long run. We are here to help you #MoveDifferent, one session at a time.
