We started BlackBx because we were tired of seeing people walk into a gym, wander between machines, and leave without knowing if they actually improved. Our methodology is rooted in functional movement and clear progression. Whether you are prepping for a HYROX race or just want to get stronger, our circuits follow a clear pattern. We pair running with functional strength stations like sled pushes, rowing, and wall balls. This mix forces your body to adapt, and that is where the real change happens.
This is not about grind culture. We prioritize recovery, mobility, and breathwork to ensure you can show up again tomorrow. Our coaches, Kris, Sai, and Aiusha, do not just stand around. They correct your form, push your pacing, and keep the energy high. You will see this philosophy in action during our Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday sessions at our Kasturba Road studio.
