About A Look Inside Our Studio
The Burn Room isn't just about the lighting—it’s where we run our structured HYROX and strength circuits. When you walk in, you’ll see it’s built for efficiency, with Technogym equipment that keeps the flow moving so you aren't waiting for a turn. After the session, you can refuel at the Fuel by Urban Fork station right here in the studio.
We designed this space to remove the friction of the typical gym experience. Whether you are coming in for a high-intensity HYROX prep session or a recovery flow, the layout supports your movement.
The Burn Room
This is the core of our training. We use specific spacing for our functional circuits, ensuring you have enough room for sled pushes, rowing, and floor work without bumping into others. The lighting is dimmed to keep the energy focused, while the sound system is tuned for the intensity of the workout.
Recovery and Community
Fitness doesn't end when the timer stops. We built this facility to include Fuel by Urban Fork, so you can grab a proper meal or coffee immediately after training. We also maintain a retail corner where you can pick up gear you might have forgotten or simply want to add to your kit.
Practical Amenities
We know you are likely heading to work or home after your session. That is why we invested in clean, functional changing rooms, showers, and secure lockers. Everything is designed to get you in, through your session, and on with your day without hassle. If you want to see the space for yourself, come by during one of our Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday sessions.
