As a coach, I lead from the front. Here I am on the podium after a first-place age category finish in the Bengaluru Half Marathon. I bring the same dedication to my own races as I do to coaching you for yours.

This is how we get faster. I provide real-time feedback on your running form during our drills. Here, I'm coaching the team on cadence and hip movement to improve efficiency and prevent injuries. It's all about the right technique.

I always say, "Yoga se he hoga!" Our training isn't just about running. We build a strong, resilient foundation with dedicated yoga sessions, like this one for International Yoga Day where we completed 108 Surya Namaskars.
