As a coach, I lead from the front. Here I am on the podium after a first-place age category finish in the Bengaluru Half Marathon. I bring the same dedication to my own races as I do to coaching you for yours.
This is how we get faster. I provide real-time feedback on your running form during our drills. Here, I'm coaching the team on cadence and hip movement to improve efficiency and prevent injuries. It's all about the right technique.
I always say, "Yoga se he hoga!" Our training isn't just about running. We build a strong, resilient foundation with dedicated yoga sessions, like this one for International Yoga Day where we completed 108 Surya Namaskars.

Our Champions Philosophy
We train to get FITTER, FASTER, STRONGER. This is not a hobby group for casual joggers, though we welcome everyone with the drive to improve. Our focus is on tangible results, whether that means your first 10K finish or smashing a personal best at the Mumbai Marathon.
How We Train
- Technique First: Running efficiently is the only way to stay injury-free. I provide real-time feedback on your posture, teaching you how to land softly and keep your hips loose. No boring copy-paste plans here.
- The Routine: We keep it fresh with a mix of interval training, hill repeats, and long endurance runs. We split our time between the high-intensity drills at KTPO (Whitefield) and the scenic, long-distance runs at Cubbon Park.
- Yoga se he hoga: We integrate strength-based yoga and mobility sessions to build a foundation that supports your running. You cannot run strong if your body is stiff, so we prioritize stretching and core work.

My team is proof that discipline pays off. We have seen 15 personal bests in a single marathon season and podium finishes across age categories in major events like the TCS 10K. I am Neera, a PhD from IIT Madras who would rather be hitting the pavement than sitting behind a desk. My team, the Champions, is my tribe. We train with discipline to smash PBs, but we keep it real with plenty of laughter and the occasional glass of lassi.
