My prenatal sessions are not just about gentle stretching; they focus on pelvic floor health and specific trimester-safe conditioning using bolsters and wall supports to protect your back. If you are looking into the kids' outdoor sessions, expect animal-inspired games and movement that burns energy while building body awareness, so your little ones actually look forward to the practice.

Prenatal & Postnatal Care

Being pregnant or a new mom changes everything, especially your relationship with your body. I am certified in pre and postnatal yoga, and my priority is creating a space that feels safe. We use Lamaze-style breathwork to prepare for labor and integrate Tibetan singing bowls during Savasana to help reduce anxiety and promote deep rest. The sequences are tailored to your specific trimester, focusing on spinal relief and hip opening to help you navigate the changes with more ease.

Yoga for Kids & Families

Kids have a natural affinity for movement, but they need an outlet that feels like play rather than a structured lesson. My outdoor kids' sessions are designed around animal walks, games, and fresh air, which keeps them engaged while improving their coordination. For family sessions, we focus on partner work that builds trust and connection, giving you a chance to bond with your kids or partner in a screen-free environment.

Why These Classes Are Different

I keep group sizes small, usually 8 to 15 participants, at my locations in Ashok Nagar and Kasturba Road. This ensures I can provide individual attention, which is critical when you are dealing with pregnancy, recovering from injury, or teaching a child the basics of movement. We don't strive for perfect poses here. We strive for comfort, accessibility, and a bit of joy. You will find that these sessions are grounded in the same discipline I used as an athlete, but softened by my experience as a teacher who understands that life is messy and real.
