Flex Flow: Mobility & Injury Recovery

This is my program for anyone looking to improve mobility, prevent injuries, or support their body's recovery process. I combine flexibility and mobility exercises in a gentle flow to help you open up your joints and muscles for a more pain-free, active life.

Group Classes: Find Your Flow

My group classes are open to everyone, whether you're a complete beginner or have been practicing for years. We meet for regular sessions indoors and outdoors, focusing on breath, movement, and having a good time with no judgment.

Primal Flow & Qigong: Mindful Strength

Explore different ways to move with my Primal Flow and Qigong classes. Primal Flow uses animal-inspired exercises for a fun, strength-building workout, while Qigong is a gentle practice for cultivating calm and energy through slow, flowing movements.

Specialized Yoga: For Family & All Life Stages

I offer certified instruction for specific needs, including safe and supportive prenatal yoga for expecting mothers. I also run fun outdoor yoga sessions for kids, filled with games and fresh air.

Partner Yoga: Connect & Support

Build connection, trust, and have some fun with my partner yoga sessions. You and a partner will work together to share poses, assist each other in stretches, and synchronize your movements and breath.
