About Primal Flow & Qigong: Mindful Strength

These aren't your average, stiff yoga classes. In my Primal Flow sessions, we focus on animal-inspired locomotion to build functional strength and joint mobility. For Qigong, we slow down, shifting focus to energy cultivation and breath awareness. You get small group attention—usually 8 to 15 people—at my studio spaces on Kasturba Road or Ashok Nagar. Oh, and expect a furry supervisor or two to wander across your mat; it is part of the authentic, judgment-free environment I love to create.
