About this collection
Partner yoga isn't just about fancy poses; it's about leaning on each other—literally. We start by focusing on communication and gentle assisted stretches, ensuring both of you feel stable before moving into any deeper work. It’s less about acrobatics and more about finding a shared rhythm together.
Partner yoga is a unique way to step out of your solo practice. Whether you come with a partner, a friend, or a training buddy, my sessions focus on connection and mutual support. We often start with simple, grounding stretches where you use each other for balance or extra leverage in a pose. This helps you get deeper into a stretch than you might alone, but it also forces you to actually communicate.
You might find yourself trying to sync your breath with the person next to you or using their shoulder for stability in a balancing posture. It builds trust quickly. Don't worry if you’re not 'flexible' or have never done this before. My sessions are about accessibility, not perfection. If you wobble or laugh because you can't quite hold a pose, that's part of the process.
We incorporate elements of my functional mobility training into these sessions too. It’s not just holding still; we do partner-assisted agility drills and movement flows that get your heart rate up. It’s a great change of pace from standard yoga, especially if you’re looking for a fun, bonding activity in Bengaluru. Reach out to book a session for two.

I'm Bhavya, a former athlete who traded the track for the mat. I believe yoga should be accessible, fun, and a bit unpredictable—don't be surprised if my cats make an appearance during our session. My goal is to help you move better and feel more connected to yourself and your practice partner.
