About Fitness & Conditioning Drills
Our conditioning setup is raw and functional. Expect agility ladders, skipping ropes, and bodyweight drills rather than expensive machines. We train in a naturally ventilated environment where the focus is entirely on your sweat, stance, and stamina. We build your endurance through high-volume calisthenics and boxing fundamentals, whether you are here for weight loss or just to clear your head after a long day at the office.
We treat every session as a path to improvement. Our boxing-based fitness classes are designed to replace standard treadmill cardio with movements that actually matter. You will start with intense 15-minute warm-ups, including running and jumping rope, before moving into functional strength training. This includes push-ups, burpees, and core work on EVA mats. Following that, we dive into boxing skills. You will practice footwork, shadow boxing, and heavy bag work to build real power and accuracy. Because we focus on fitness and conditioning, these sessions are non-contact, making them perfect for working professionals and beginners who want to learn technique without getting hit. It does not matter if you have never thrown a punch before. You will find a supportive community here that pushes you to beat your own records every single day. Whether you are at our Nagawara, Hennur, Kothanur, Hoodi, Manyata, or Marathahalli branch, the commitment remains the same. No drama, no excuses, just training.
