About For Working Professionals
You think you are too tired after work, but the truth is your desk job is draining you more than a hard session would. We don't have AC, we don't have flashy lights, and we don't care about your job title. You show up, you sweat, and you leave the office stress on the mat. It is that simple.

What We Do
Our 60-minute group sessions are structured to break the monotony. We start with functional conditioning—running, skipping, and agility drills—because you need a base. From there, we move to shadow boxing, bag work, and pad work. You learn the real basics: how to stand, how to punch, and how to protect yourself. It is not about looking cool; it is about proper form and building genuine stamina.
