About All Ages, All Levels
You will find our sessions are non-contact by default, focusing entirely on conditioning and form. Whether you are a total beginner or getting back into activity, you rotate through pad work, shadow boxing, and calisthenics on our EVA mats. We keep the equipment shared, so we recommend bringing your own hand wraps for hygiene, but everything else is provided.
Many people think boxing is only for those looking to compete, but at Bangalore Boxing Club, we believe it is the ultimate tool for everyone. Our inclusive approach removes the intimidation factor often found in gyms. You are not training against others, you are training to improve yourself. We have members ranging from young kids learning discipline to adults in their 70s improving their mobility.
Our sessions are designed to fit your pace. Each 60-minute class starts with a high-energy warm-up, moving into bodyweight drills, agility ladders, and specific boxing combinations like the jab, cross, and hook. If you join for our standard fitness program, you will focus on technique and stamina on the heavy bags. If you are looking for more, our MMA and kickboxing tracks incorporate Muay Thai transitions and supervised sparring for those who want to level up.
We are active across Bangalore, including Hennur Cross, Kothanur, Hoodi, and Marathahalli. Since we focus on skill over show, our gyms are raw, naturally ventilated spaces without the fuss of AC. It is about the work you put in, the sweat you leave on the mats, and the support you get from your training partners.
