About Women's Boxing & Self-Defense
In our classes, we remove the intimidation factor immediately. You will work on fundamental pad drills, heavy bag power shots, and functional conditioning to build your stamina. These sessions are non-contact for those starting out, focusing entirely on form, speed, and technique, while our supervised sparring is available for you whenever you are ready to level up your combat skills.

What To Expect
