About Events & Recognition

These aren't just photo opportunities. Whether I am leading a session at Vigyan Bhawan or conducting workshops for corporate teams, my goal remains the same: making yoga accessible to everyone. I don't believe in just talking about asanas on stage. I prefer to get on the mat and practice with the audience, because yoga is about internal growth, not showing off. Yoga se he hoga.
