Family and Kids Yoga in Dwarka
Fitness should be a family game. We trade boring drills for animal walks and park play, helping kids and parents stay active and connected together.
So proud of my 4 year old son doing clap push ups. I believe in making fitness fun for kids from an early age, building a foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle.
A typical family workout session in the park. We mix animal walks and fun movements to keep my son engaged. It's a great way to spend quality time together while staying active.
My son exploring the playground. Encouraging kids to climb, jump, and play is a natural way to develop their strength, coordination, and confidence.
Two young students practicing the wheel pose at home. It's so rewarding to see children discover their strength and flexibility through yoga in a fun, supportive environment.
Finding a moment for a quick Chakrasana during a family trip. Yoga can be practiced anywhere, and it's a great way to stretch and reset, even on a jungle safari jeep.
About Family & Kids Yoga
In these sessions, we don't drill rigid asanas. Instead, we use animal walks, playground obstacles, and partner games to keep children engaged while they build strength and coordination. It is all about finding that middle ground between structure and playtime so your kids actually look forward to moving their bodies rather than seeing it as a chore.
My goal is to make fitness feel like a natural part of your family's daily rhythm, not just another task on the to-do list. When children see their parents laughing through a pose or trying a new movement, they naturally want to join in.
We focus on these key areas for kids and families:
- Playful Movement: For kids aged 4 and up, we incorporate calisthenics-style movements like crawling and balancing. This improves motor skills, core strength, and confidence.
- Partner Bonding: Acro yoga and partner stretching sessions are excellent for building trust and communication between parent and child.
- Hybrid Training: We don't stick to four walls. We alternate between studio sessions in Dwarka and outdoor park workouts where trees and benches become our gym equipment.
Everything is scalable. Whether your child is just learning to balance or you are looking for a way to stay active during a weekend outing, these sessions are designed to be safe, supportive, and definitely messy. We encourage everyone to come as they are, even if that means messing up a pose or two along the way. If you are in Dwarka and want to shift from screen time to active family time, let’s get started.
