Most people think dance fitness means complex choreography you need to master, but my sessions are about movement, not perfection. We use Bollywood and international tracks to get your heart rate up, focusing on rhythm and sweat rather than technical skill. You do not need to be a dancer to join—just come ready to move, laugh, and let go of the day's heavy energy.
Fitness should not feel like a chore. At Aura Yog Centre, my Zumba and dance fitness classes are designed to be the highlight of your day. We focus on High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) disguised as a dance party. You get the cardiovascular benefits of a rigorous gym session—burning fat, toning muscles, and improving stamina—all while grooving to high-tempo Bollywood and international beats.
Why this approach works
We operate out of my Shalimar Bagh studio, which features professional sound systems and wooden laminate flooring specifically designed for knee safety during high-impact jumps. It is a supportive, judgment-free space where you can simply be yourself.
