My classes focus heavily on toning the lower belly and building a strong core. We use a mix of yoga asanas and fitness exercises to help you on your sustainable weight loss journey.

We use props like stability balls, yoga wheels, belts, and blocks to deepen stretches and add a new challenge to our workouts. This helps in improving flexibility, balance, and targeting specific muscle groups effectively.

Zumba: Fitness with Masti

If you want to shake off stress and have fun while you burn calories, my Zumba sessions are for you. It's a full-on masti and sweat session that feels more like a party than a workout.

Yoga for the Whole Family

Yoga is for everyone. I offer special summer camps for kids to help them with growth and concentration, and my regular classes welcome people of all ages and fitness levels.

My Path as a Yogini

Pehla sukh nirogi kaya. My own health struggles brought me to yoga, and now I share its gifts with others. These moments reflect my personal practice and spiritual journey, from the Himalayas to my studio.
