Inclusive Yoga Classes in JP Nagar, Bengaluru
Yoga is for every body and every mind. Whether you are finding your footing as a beginner or seeking a supportive space to deepen your practice, my shala in JP Nagar welcomes you exactly as you are.
Meet Manas, a dedicated practitioner who was born with special needs. His joy and unwavering commitment remind us of the true essence of yoga: unity, love, and the strength of the human spirit. His journey is a testament to the inclusivity of this practice.
I recently had the opportunity to host an online Mindfulness Self-Compassion workshop for parents and caregivers at APAAR NGO, an organization that supports intellectually disabled adults. Sharing these tools is an important part of my work.

The shala brightens when the little ones come. It is a joy to see children in the space while their parents practice, creating a family-friendly and welcoming environment for everyone.

About Yoga for All: An Inclusive Shala
In my shala, we move away from the pressure of 'perfect poses' to focus on what your body actually needs today. Whether you are looking for a women-only Hatha session, need specific adaptations for neurodivergent practice, or simply need a space where children are welcome while you breathe, we adjust the pace to fit you.
Yoga for Every Body The practice at my shala is built on the belief that yoga is for everyone, regardless of physical ability or past experience. We move away from gym-like culture, creating a sangha (community) where growth is slow, steady, and personal.
Adaptations & Inclusivity Inclusivity is not an afterthought here. I work closely with individuals who require modifications, including neurodivergent adults and those with special needs, ensuring the practice is accessible and safe. For women looking for a dedicated space, I hold specific Hatha yoga sessions that focus on foundation, alignment, and calm.
A Space for Your Life I know that balancing life and practice can be difficult. That is why our shala in JP Nagar remains a welcoming environment where parents can bring their children, and working professionals can find peace through evening Hatha sessions that target desk-job stress and posture.
The Different Paths We Take If you are looking for discipline, our morning Mysore-style Ashtanga program starting at 5:30 AM allows you to progress at your own pace with individual corrections. If you need to build consistency, my 21-day meditation and mindfulness course is designed to create a lasting habit, combining theory with breathwork. Whether you are interested in the intensity of traditional Ashtanga or the restorative nature of Hatha, my role is to help you build a practice that sustains you off the mat, not just during the hour you spend in the studio.
