Our Hatha yoga sessions are a gentle path to stability. We use mindful movement, supportive props, and steady breath to help you build strength, reduce stress, and find stillness in a shared community space.

Celebrating one year of our 10:30 AM women's only yoga class with Sumithra ma'am. This space has become a hub of discipline, community, and friendship, and I am grateful for the light these practitioners bring.

Our women's group preparing for the Winter Solstice with Suryanamaskara. It was a beautiful experience to guide this session and connect with the changing season through our collective practice.

Every Thursday, we encourage practitioners to hold Vrikshasana (Tree Pose). This asana, while appearing simple, cultivates physical balance, mental focus, and the patience to stay grounded.

Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) may look easy, but it requires immense focus. We invite all practitioners to practice it on Thursdays, building determination and stability for up to 15-20 minutes.

With a little support from props like a chair or ropes, we can achieve postures that might seem out of reach. This demonstrates how we can adapt the practice to make it accessible for everyone's journey.

About Hatha Yoga: A Space for Calm & Foundation

Unlike high-intensity formats, our Hatha practice utilizes a 'ropes wall' and props to help you hold postures with correct alignment and minimal strain. This approach allows even those new to yoga to deepen their practice safely, shifting the focus from simply 'doing' a pose to finding the breath within it.
