Our slow breathing group practice is an inclusive space where breath meets awareness. We move slowly, guided by mantras, to find stillness in movement and balance in breath.

Yoga is the best gift we can give ourselves. It is a complete system that nurtures our entire being, bringing balance to body, mind, and soul.

The light within matters most. Starting the day in silence and with movement, I am grateful for the practice, the teachings, and the community.

A beautiful new idol of Lord Buddha under the Bodhi Tree, gifted to our shala. It is a precious reminder that the Buddha's light shows us the way to be calm and peaceful.
