Real Practice, Real Life
Used to think I was all about hustle and strict routines. Now, after becoming a mom, sometimes my "asana" is just changing diapers. Motherhood flipped my yoga upside-down. My own practice these days? Short, messy, late, domashnya praktyka yak vona ye (home practice as it is). The real win is making yoga fit into life, rather than chasing some perfect schedule. That’s how I roll now.

Ashtanga asks us to show up for ourselves, not just copy movements. I’m not your guru. I’m your guide, supporting you through the ups and downs, giving undivided attention that group classes just don’t offer. Breath, focus, and feeling matter more than perfection.
How We’ll Work Together
- In-person in Delhi or online (Zoom)
- Full beginners welcome - I’ll help you build a foundation from scratch
- Stuck on advanced poses? We’ll break them down together, whether it’s drop-backs or arm balances
- Special focus for new moms and pregnancy - been through C-section recovery myself, so I get it
- Injury or pain? We use yoga as therapy for healing and sustainable movement
What To Expect
Every session is tailored for you - body, mood, goals. In-person, I use gentle hands-on adjustments. Online, I guide you with detailed cues. My aim is to help you own your practice, on and off the mat. Not every day is perfect, and that’s totally okay.
