The Online Course: Ashtanga from Scratch

This course is designed for absolute beginners or those returning to yoga. We focus on building a strong, safe foundation by understanding the core principles of breath, posture, and gaze (Tristhana) in live, interactive online classes. You get lifetime access to a library of over 30 videos and recorded practices to support your journey.

Home Practice: As It Is

I believe in a real, imperfect practice that fits into a messy life. This is what my home practice looks like, often with my daughter nearby and without a perfect schedule. It’s about showing up for yourself, whenever and however you can.

Yoga Through Pregnancy & Motherhood

My journey into motherhood profoundly reshaped my practice. Here, I share how I adapted Ashtanga yoga through pregnancy and the postpartum period, focusing on safe modifications and listening to my body. This experience has taught me so much about patience, self-compassion, and finding strength in vulnerability.

The Art & Philosophy of Practice

For me, yoga is more than physical postures; it's a moving meditation and a path of self-inquiry. These moments from my practice, often captured in places that inspire me, reflect the blend of strength, flexibility, and focus that Ashtanga cultivates. It's about turning instructions into personal experience.

My Teachers & The Ashtanga Lineage

I am a dedicated student within the classical Ashtanga tradition, learning directly from its source. I am deeply grateful to my teachers, including Paramaguru Sharath Jois and Geshe Tsering, for their wisdom and guidance. This connection to the lineage is the foundation of what I share with my own students.

Teaching & Community

We learn and grow together. This is a look inside our online Mysore classes, live workshops in India, and the vibrant community we are building. With my co-teacher Ira, we provide individual guidance in a supportive group setting, whether online via Zoom or in person.
