The biggest concern people have with online fitness is wondering if they're actually doing the moves correctly. In my sessions, I keep class sizes manageable so I can see you on your screen. I provide real-time verbal cues and form corrections just like I would if we were in the studio. You are never just following a pre-recorded video; we are practicing together, in real-time.
How My Online Classes Work
These aren't static follow-along videos. My online Pilates classes are hosted via Google Meet, where I ask you to keep your camera on. This allows me to see your alignment and provide immediate feedback to ensure you are engaging the right muscles and staying safe. Whether you are in your living room in Bangalore or traveling abroad, you get the same level of attention.
What We Cover
My monthly memberships include a mix of:
- Mat Pilates: Focuses on core strength, posture, and flexibility.
- Prop Pilates: We use basic items like resistance bands, balls, or foam rollers to add resistance.
- PHIIT: My signature high-intensity twist on Pilates to get your heart rate up.
Each session is designed as 'muscular meditation'—a way to clear your head while working your body. We don't just focus on the workout; we focus on the breath and the connection to your own skin.
What You Need
Don't worry about expensive home gym setups. All you need is a yoga mat, a stable internet connection, and the basic props I recommend. If you are ever unable to join a live session, I provide access to class recordings so you never miss a beat in your movement journey.
