Spend Day 1 of the Pilates on Tour conference in India with me! This was an incredible day of learning, absorbing positive energy, and connecting with the global Pilates community. My passion is fueled by opportunities like this.
Day 2 of Pilates on Tour was all about diving deep. I attended workshops on the reformer, hip mechanics, and the pelvic floor. I'm always learning new skills to bring back to my amazing clients.
On Day 3 of the conference, I got to explore the MOTR, a versatile piece of equipment that I now own! I am so grateful for these opportunities to grow as a teacher and an individual. Keep moving, keep growing!

About My Journey & Professional Growth
Learning never really stops in this studio. Whether I am diving deep into pelvic floor mechanics at a national conference or mastering new MOTR equipment for my personal training sessions in Kasavanahalli, every new skill goes straight into our class routine. It is all about refining the technique so you get stronger, safer, and more confident in how your body moves every day.
My 'butterfly year' is not just a fun catchphrase. It represents a period of intense growth and metamorphosis in how I approach teaching movement. When you see me sharing clips from Pilates on Tour or deep-dive workshops, it is because I want to bridge the gap between just exercising and truly understanding your body.
When I return from a conference, I do not just keep those notes to myself. I bring them directly into our Bangalore studio sessions and online classes. Whether we are focusing on hip mechanics, prenatal safety, or getting creative with props, my goal is to ensure you are not just performing repetitions. You are learning how your body connects and flows.
I believe the best Pilates instructor is also a dedicated student. By constantly training in different modalities—from high-intensity PHIIT to gentle prenatal care—I can modify every session to fit exactly where you are today. If you are joining me for a group class in Indiranagar or a private online session, you are getting the benefit of these continuous updates. It is about simple, honest movement that leaves you feeling lighter and more energized.
