About Group Classes & Community
Unlike standard fitness sessions, our group classes at 'My Third Space' in Indiranagar are kept to small batches so I can provide tactile posture adjustments for every student. You will not just follow along, you will learn how to align your body for lasting results.
Whether you are looking to build core strength or just want a mental reset, group classes offer that extra push you do not get when working out solo. I host my primary offline sessions at 'My Third Space' in Indiranagar, where the environment is built to be non-competitive and welcoming.
We focus on Mat Pilates, meaning you do not need expensive machines. We use our own body weight to challenge our muscles, improve flexibility, and deepen the mind-body connection. My sessions include flow sequences, breath work, and alignment cues that help you carry your fitness beyond the mat and into your daily life.
Beyond the standard classes, I also organize special events like the Pilates Brunch. These are my favorite days because they combine a fun, beginner-friendly workout with time to connect over healthy meals. It is a fantastic way to meet people in Bangalore who share your passion for wellness.
If you are new to this, do not worry. My classes are open to everyone, regardless of your fitness level, age, or gender. My goal is to break the stigma that Pilates is only for a certain group and show you that it is for every body. Just bring your mat, wear comfortable clothes, and be ready to move with intention.
