Mat Pilates For Every Body

You don't need any fancy or expensive equipment to get a fantastic workout. My mat Pilates classes use your own body weight to build core strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility, making it accessible for everyone, everywhere.

Group Classes & Community

The energy of moving together is powerful. I offer in-person group classes in Bangalore where we build strength, share laughs, and support each other. I also host special events like my Pilates Brunch to connect and grow as a community.

Online Classes: Move With Me Anywhere

Join my classes from anywhere in the world. I offer live 1-on-1 personal training and group classes online, so you can build strength and find your flow from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a mat and the desire to move.
